Defining your Edge of Disruption

Jan 12, 2016 by Peter Sheahan

Peter Sheahan, co-author of Matter, unpacks how to identify the place where you can create the most value--your edge of disruption--at the intersection of old and new, where existing profits, reach, and reputation enable you to create the models and markets of the future. This is the place where your most important problems are solved and where the fewest people can solve them. The edge of disruption is where your opportunity to truly matter is found.

I think that you make an excellent point here - It jives with on of the principals of the Agile Manifesto - Attack the hardest problems (the most disruptive area) of a software problem first - not last.
